Big Tech’s Liability Shield Is Under Siege

NetChoice released a report Wednesday showing that social-media companies removed billions of posts in the second half of 2020 to keep their platforms safe.

The report underscored a potential difference between Democrats and Republicans over Section 230 that could prove difficult to bridge.
