Quinten is a summer fellow at NetChoice working closely with the policy team to conduct research and draft reports on key areas of policy related to AI governance, social media, and the digital economy.

A rising senior at the University of Rochester, Quinten is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. In his coursework, he focuses on the areas where innovation and public policy intersect.

Before coming to NetChoice, Quinten worked as a technology policy intern at the American Enterprise Institute, supporting leading research in AI policy. He has also been heavily involved in intercollegiate clubs like College Republicans and Model United Nations, advancing the debate on pro-market policies and legislation.
