The plaintiffs, NetChoice and the Computer & Communications Industry Association, which represent major tech platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Alphabet Inc.’s Google, warned in court papers that the Florida law would weaken policing of unlawful content, including terrorist propaganda and hate speech.
