Tech trade groups file suit against DeSantis’ Big Tech censorship law

The complaint from NetChoice and the Computer & Communications Industry Association alleges the law violates the First Amendment by requiring companies to host speech against their wishes and the Commerce Clause of the Constitution because the state law seeks to impose regulations on interstate commerce.
