Online ticket re-selling is certainly not confined to sports events. Folks with scarce tickets to films playing at the Sundance Festival going on this week in Utah are re-selling tickets and stirring up quite a controversy.


CNET reports that US Government officials think the controversial issue of Internet governance is settled, at least for the time being, especially since the new head of the ITU is saying he doesn’t think the UN should get involved in technical management of the DNS.


Lots of news this week about cyber security, including several stories about a new advisory council report calling for greater cooperation between government and the private sector to better protect the Internet and other communications infrastructure from terrorist attacks.
