NetChoice Comments for the Record to HJC: Anti-American Antitrust Bills Have Already Been Introduced in Congress

NetChoice submitted a comment for the record to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform and Antitrust for their hearing on how foreign antitrust laws are being used to target and undermine American businesses. We outlined our concerns with some U.S. proposals that are working to import these failed European policies to America, including the App Store Freedom Act and the American Innovation and Choice Online Act.
