NetChoice sent a letter to Colorado Governor Jared Polis requesting he veto SB 25-086.
Despite the noble intentions behind this legislation, the specifics of the bill would actually make it harder to protect kids online while damaging the privacy of Colorado internet users of all ages.
These practical and safety concerns are in addition to multiple provisions that conflict with the First Amendment.
