NetChoice supports Kentucky HB 372, regarding data center equipment sales tax exemptions.

As we explain in our testimony, Kentucky won’t incur any cost to attract data centers, and would generate incremental income tax, sales tax, electricity tax, and significant local property taxes.   But only if Kentucky exempts data center equipment from sales tax.
