A sucker born every minute

Bad news about phishing scams. Barney Frank (D-MA), chairman of the House Financial Services Committee has introduced a bill that would replace the current blanket prohibition on Internet gambling with new regulations, including criminal background checks and financial disclosure, on Internet gambling companies. "The existing legislation is an inappropriate interference on the personal freedom of Americans and this interference should be undone," Frank said.
