NetChoice executive director Steve DelBianco said the group was “very pleased” with the administration’s decision. “After hearing our arguments in court yesterday,” he said, “the DOR must have realized they were in for a prolonged and ultimately losing legal battle.”
DelBianco added that the organization would refile its lawsuit “if the state tries again to blatantly violate Supreme Court precedent and the Internet Tax Freedom Act.”
