More trouble for the "Spam King"

MySpace has filed a lawsuit against spam king Sanford Wallace for violations of state and federal  anti-spam and anti-phishing laws. MySpace wants the court to ban "Spamford" and his affiliated companies from the site permanently.


In an effort to cut down on phishing attacks, PayPal is trying to persuade e-mail providers to block messages that don’t have valid digital signatures.


The FBI has nabbed a Bulgarian woman who allegedly scammed American eBay buyers out of $350,000 on offers of lavish merchandise they never received.


A new musicians coalition called Rock the Net is planning a series of concerts around the country to  promote "net neutrality."
