ICYMI: The Justice Department proposed a major update to Section 230, POLITICO reports — a move that trade association NetChoice called “a coordinated attack by the Administration against tech businesses to sidestep the First Amendment” and changes that nonprofit advocacy group Free Press said are “unworkable, unconstitutional and would make the internet unusable.”
