NetChoice Amicus Brief In Support of Meta at the U.S. Supreme Court in Meta v. Vermont

NetChoice filed an amicus brief supporting Meta at the U.S. Supreme Court, asking the court to overturn a decision by the Vermont Supreme Court that could greatly expand states’ jurisdiction over internet companies for conduct unrelated to specific contacts with the state. The case is called Meta v. Vermont.
