Background

As Manager of Internet Governance Policy and Member Engagement, Caroline works to support NetChoice members’ key priorities and objectives in Washington, as well as promote the association’s membership in international organizations like ICANN and the Internet Governance Forum.

Before joining NetChoice in 2022, Caroline was a Senior Associate at Narrative Strategies, a leading D.C.-based strategic communications firm, where she worked with several technology-sector clients. Her work focused on issues like antitrust and competition, content moderation and Section 230, and digital privacy.

Caroline is a double graduate of Johns Hopkins University, with a B.A. in International Studies and an M.A. from JHU’s School of Advanced International Studies, concentrating in European and Eurasian Studies and International Economics. She is also fluent in Italian, and has spent a cumulative 15 months in Italy for study and work, including an internship at the U.S. Embassy in Rome.
