Corbin Barthold is a senior litigation fellow at NetChoice, where he defends online free speech. His work centers on litigating complex appeals and ensuring that the First Amendment fully protects emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence.

Corbin is an experienced litigator and commentator. After clerking in federal district court, he was an associate and then a partner at Browne George Ross LLP (now Ellis George LLP). He went on to practice constitutional, administrative, and antitrust law at Washington Legal Foundation, before moving to TechFreedom, where he was director of appellate litigation and host of the Tech Policy Podcast. His writing on law, technology, and culture has appeared in City Journal, The Bulwark, Reason, Lawfare, Techdirt, Pirate Wires, and The Daily Beast.

Corbin received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
