NetChoice Announces Promotions of Amy Bos and Zach Lilly

WASHINGTON—Today, NetChoice President & CEO Steve DelBianco is pleased to announce the promotions of Amy Bos to Vice President of Government Affairs, and Zach Lilly to Director of Government Affairs.

Amy Bos joined NetChoice in January 2022 and has been instrumental in leading our engagement with state and federal lawmakers on the most pressing technology policy issues facing America. With nearly two decades of experience on Capitol Hill before entering the tech policy community, Amy has strengthened NetChoice’s ability to help policymakers understand how to protect free expression and free enterprise online.

Zach Lilly joined NetChoice in July 2021 and has played a key role in building relationships with government officials and stakeholders across the country. His thoughtful approach and policy expertise have advanced NetChoice’s mission of advocating for innovation-friendly policies that benefit American consumers and businesses alike.

“Amy and Zach have been at the heart of expanding NetChoice’s presence in Washington and across the states,” said DelBianco. “They have enhanced our ability to effectively communicate the needs of America’s tech industry to lawmakers and government officials. We are proud to recognize their leadership and contributions with these well-deserved promotions.”

Before joining NetChoice, Amy served as Government Affairs Director at Internet Association (IA) and worked on Capitol Hill for 16 years, most notably as Legislative Director and Judiciary policy advisor to former Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner. Zach previously worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) and as a Legislative Assistant to former Congressman Dave Reichert, where he gained extensive experience in technology and telecommunications policy.

Together, Amy and Zach will continue to grow the NetChoice Government Affairs team and ensure the voice of America’s tech industry is heard clearly by policymakers at all levels of government.
